"WHERE CAN I PARK AT THE VENUE?"
Each venue is different. Your best bet would be to give the venue a call and ask them where appropriate parking for shows is located at.
"IS THE SHOW SOLD OUT?"
We will let you know the second the show is sold out. Don't ever believe anything you hear on the internet unless it comes from us. To avoid ever having to ask that question be sure get your tickets early in advance.
"CAN I GET A PHOTO PASS?"
In order to obtain a photo pass for a show you're going to have to go through the proper channels. If you're actually a professional photographer for a website/magazine/blog/newspaper..etc, you should already know what these channels are. Please don't contact us about it, we can't grant you media passes.
"CAN I GET A BACKSTAGE PASS?"
We get this question all of the time. The answer is always no. Besides...being "backstage" isn't as exciting as you think it might be, trust us. Remember, the show is for the audience and out there is where you're going to get the best possible experience.
"I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT A TICKET I PURCHASED. CAN YOU HELP?"
Absolutely. We use several ticket outlets depending on the venue. If you have any questions regarding tickets, please email us at email@example.com and we'll point you in the right direction.
"I LOST MY TICKET. WHAT DO I DO?"
Treat your tickets like cash. If you lose them, there is a very good chance that you won't be able to get into the show. So hold on to them tight!
"I ORDERED MY TICKET 'WILL CALL'. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?"
"Will Call" means that you will not get a physical ticket mailed to you. Your ticket will be waiting for you at the box office the day of the show. If you have one, bring your ticket receipt and ID when you come to pick them up.
